A: Yes. Both spaces are designed to flow from one moment to the next — Bar Harta's lounge and terrace areas support a natural cocktails-to-reception transition, while Harta's patio and back room allow guests to move from cocktails into a seated dinner.

Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies?
A: Our team can accommodate common dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free requests. We recommend sharing dietary details with your event coordinator in advance so menus can be adjusted ahead of your event.

Q: Can we bring in our own decorations, flowers, or branding displays?
A: Absolutely. We welcome personalized touches such as floral arrangements, custom tabletop decor, signage, and corporate branding displays. To ensure a seamless setup, we ask that all decor plans be reviewed and approved with your event manager in advance.

Q: Do you offer AV support for presentations or corporate events?
A: Bar Harta offers in-house A/V capabilities. Commercial high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue, and audiovisual equipment can be arranged to support your event. Please speak with your Event Coordinator about available A/V options.

Q: Do you allow outside catering?
To maintain our culinary standards and food safety protocols, all food and beverage must be provided directly by Harta. The only exception is custom specialty cakes or desserts.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
